I was, as she always put it, "her little boy." She always supported me through prayer during my 21 years in the Army. In ways, she was more to me than my mother...she was my Grandma. I now live in her house. I feel her presence. It's been over a year now since her passing...but I still have tears typing this.

Mrs. Marion is very special to me. I will always cherish the fond memories of working with her and Mr. Glenn at Glenn's Hardware. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to all of the family.

SO sad to hear about Ms. Marion. Both of them were such a blessing over the years to our entire family as we grew up at Byne. She loved my little girl and always met me with a hug and a peck on the cheek. Such a sweet lady, Very classy, and as pretty as could be every time you saw her. Sorry we did not stay closer after we left Byne. She was truly a wonderful lady.

I was blessed to know Mrs. Westmoreland. Such a sweet, thoughtful and caring lady who will be missed by her family and friends. Although I only had the opportunity to meet her one time, we kepts in touch with an occassional phone call or card. She was quick to sense when someone was in need and knew the perfect thing to say.

My prayers are with her family at this most difficult time.

So sorry that Mrs. Westmoreland has passed, but now she is in her heavenly home. No more tears and worry. Marion was really an angel to my mother when she was alive. I just know that all of Byne's saints are still together in heaven!
