She was more than just a mother to her children she was their best friend, you could always count on mom to help you if you were in a bind, she would give you the shirt off her back if you needed it. Mom always had time to listen if you had a problem and usually had the best advice. Mom will be greatly missed! Never take for granted any time you get to spend with your mom you never know when it will be the final time! The most important thing mom did was teach us about JESUS. Thank You! WE LOVE YOU MOM!!!

Condolence & Memory Journal

Today would've been your 66th birthday and I am sure that we would be throwing a huge party like always, but this is the second year that you have spent your birthday in heaven. I miss you mom and always will. I am sure you are dancing and singing with Aunt Shirley, Carol and Ruth and your mom and dad and everyone else up there with you.

I love you to the moon and back and that will never change,

To the Shosh family, I am so sorry for your loss.

Although I did not know Mary personally, I do know her son Eric. I can only imagine the wonderful qualities that Eric must have inherited from his mother. Eric is a co-worker who not only is a hard worker and determined to succeed, but is a wonderful friend to everyone. Eric is so polite and is always making people smile, even if they don`t want to sometimes. Mary will be so proud to look down on Eric and smile as he continutes to loyally serve his family and God, and also by protecting the freedom of the United States citizens.

God Bless the Shosh Family <3>

Even though Scott and I were no longer together, Mary took me under her wing and helped me through some really tough times. I don't know if I ever told her how much I appreciated her, I hope she knew. I couldn't have asked for a better grandmother for my children.

My beautiful grandmother was such a kind and sweet woman. She spoiled all of her grand kids that's for sure. And no matter what she always stayed in a positive mood and was always listening to her christian music. I always enjoyed going to grandmas she was always so excited to see me, I felt like we had a really close bond together, she would give me beautiful rings and necklaces, play bowling on the wii and she always won! I could just talk to her about anything and she would just listen and give me the best advice and would never judge me. I remember every summer we all went to grandmas to swim and always had such a blast! There's just so many great memories! My grandmother was such an AMAZING woman and was loved by many! This is really hard to accept but she's in a better place and we'll all see her again one day. I love you Grandma with all my heart!!!!!

I know that my husband will cherish the musical times shared with Mary. She was a very gifted musician. It was always a fun, memorable time playing music at her house sometimes with only him but at other times with many people.

I will always remember that even when she couldn't leave her house, she had her heart set toward others. She made over 70 necklices with her daughter, Shawn to send with a personal friend of mine for a mission trip to Bolivia this summer. When the rest of us would be complaining, grumbling, or even taking the easy way out, Mary had the heart for a young missionary going to the mission field. Though we may never know the lasting impact a cross necklice would have on a child in Bolivia while we live in this world, we do know the impact that the sacrifice makes for others watching here on earth. I am thankful for her Godly example. I'm also thankful for her legacy of family which continually is a blessing in our church.

I love you Mom and going to miss you terribly. The pain of losing you will always be there. I know this is just a temporary goodbye and i am going to see you again one day. Mom you have always been kind to everyone and when someone made a mistake no matter how big or small you always was quick to forgive them and show them the love that you had for them and the love of Jesus. I thank God for the short time I had with you. I will cherish the time I spent with you and not get mad at myself for the time I could have spent with you. I love you and going to miss you.

Mary was a sweet and kind person. I could'nt have asked for a better mother-n-law. She would always help anyone out, that was just the type of person she was. We used to watch America's got Talent, Lifetime movies and Ghost Stories together. I remember camping with her, she would bring her 3 piece tent and blow up couches, we always had a good time. She was always there for Stacey and me, if we needed a place to stay, money, food, she always provided. I have a lot of good memories with her, I could write a book. I will miss her alot and she will always be in my heart. I love you Mary and thanks for giving me your son. We both Love ya & miss you.

Mary Sue, my wonderful wife...over 28 years together, not only my wife and love but my best friend ever. Mary was good and kind to all. I remember on one occassion we were selling a refrigerator and a stove, a young girl came by to look at the stove. Mary talked to the girl and found out, she was a single mother of 2 children and the stove they had, only one burner worked. Mary told the girl she could have the stove for free. The joy reflected from the girl's face was more thanks than any amount of money would have ever provided. Mary has done so much to help out so many including myself. I LOVE HER AND WILL MISS HER WITH ALL MY HEART AND SOUL. ONE DAY WE SHALL BE TOGETHER AGAIN, I CAN ONLY WAIT!!!

Mary Sue was a wonderful part of the Orleans High School class of 1965. Mary Sue will be remembered as a fun-loving, tender hearted and caring person. It was so wonderful that she was able to attend our last class reunion (40th year) in 2005. I enjoyed talking to her in preparation of the reunion and afterwards. It was as if no time had passed since our high school days. You only had to speak with her a moment to know her great love for her children, family, music and the Lord. God rest your soul, Mary Sue! We love you!!!
