Mrs. Betty Brown Hoover, died Thursday, September 11, 2014.
Her funeral service will be Monday 11 AM at Pelham City Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday 3 to 5 PM at Kimbrell-Stern.
Born and raised in Albany, Mrs. Hoover was retired from Flint River Textiles, a member of Kinchafoonee Baptist Church and Crape Myrtle Chapter 163 O.E.S.
She was preceded in death by her mother Pauline Brown and a great granddaughter, Jennifer Kay Carswell.
Survivors include daughters, Sebrina Holton and husband Irvin, Lee County, Patricia Ford and husband Michael, Worth County; son Raymond Hoover and wife Gail, Albany; sister, Norma Way and husband Jim, Worth County; brother, Rusty Brown and wife Sally, Worth County, 7 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
