Clayton Leroy Hall, 76, died August 7, 2014 at his residence. A memorial service will be held Friday, August 15, 2014 at 3:00PM at Kimbrell-Stern, with visitation to be held an hour prior to the service at 2:00PM. Rev. William Collins will officiate.

A native of Machias, Maine, Mr. Hall had lived in Albany since 2011. He served in the United States Marine Corps, where he met his dear wife, Merrilyn while stationed at the Marine Corps Base Supply Center. He was a construction draftsman. He received his master's degree from the University of Maine and was involved with education through the state of Maine for 20 years. He loved the outdoors, nature and never met a stranger.

Survivors include his wife, Merrilyn of Albany, three daughters, Beth Beatty and her husband, Robert, Melanie Hall and Kathleen Richardson and her husband, Kristopher, three grandsons, Rob Beatty and his wife, Jen, Christopher Beatty and Zachary Beatty, one sister, Ava Larson and her husband, Jon, one brother, Duane Hall and his wife, Diane and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Family Foundation, Inc, 2330 N. Meridian St., Indianapolis, IN 46208.
