Mr. Marcus Anthony Kilgo, 118 Bud Dr., Leesburg, died Saturday, August 2, 2014 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.
His funeral service will be Tuesday 5 PM at Kimbrell-Stern. The family will receive friends Tuesday 4 to 5 PM at Kimbrell-Stern.
A native of Griffin, Mr. Kilgo moved here 35 years ago to work with Miller-Coors retiring from them last year after 34 years of service. He was active with I.A.W. Local 2699, loved to listen to music and was a volunteer fireman for Dundee Mills, in Griffin before moving to Albany.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edgar Lee and Betty Jo Kilgo and a brother, Terry Kilgo.
Survivors include his wife Sharon C. Kilgo, Leesburg; sons, Ryan Kilgo and his wife Dominique, San Diego, CA, Hunter Kilgo, Leesburg; granddaughter, Lindsey Kilgo; sister, Sherry Armour and her husband Mike, Warner Robbins, GA; sister in laws, Sue Kilgo, Griffin, GA, Carolyn Canada and her husband Roger, Turin, GA, Patsy Cobb, Brooks, GA; brother in law, Tommy Cobb, Brooks, GA; 4 nieces and 3 nephews.
