Mrs. Martha Venters McGraw, of Albany died Monday at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday 1:00PM at St. Teresa's Catholic Church with interment to follow at Riverside Cemetery. Revs. Finbarr Stanton, Stephen Pontzer, Ben Dallas and Deacon Jay Dallas will be officiating.
Born in Birmingham, AL, Mrs. McGraw lived in Albany most of her life where she retired from Management from Southern Bell after 35 years. She also retired as a Real Estate Agent from Century 21.
Mrs. McGraw was a very active member of St. Teresa's Catholic Church. She was a Board Member of Catholic Council of Women, Board of Catholic Friends and was a Lector and Communion Minister. She also served with The Cancer Society for 30 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents Herbert and Mae Venters, two brothers Vernon Venters and Herbert Winfield Venters Jr. Two sisters Marion Joiner Cannon and Margaret Venters Breeden; a nephew William Joseph Baker.
Survivors include Nancy Joiner Dallas and her husband Jay of Arlington, GA; a nephew Robert W. McNew and his wife Betty of Mobile, AL; 11 great nephews and nieces and 14 great-great nephews and nieces; also her poodle Sassy.

A Rosary service will be held Tuesday 6:00PM at Kimbrell-Stern with vistitation to follow at Kimbrell-Stern.
