Mrs. Myrtle Scarborough Fowler, 102, of Albany died Tuesday Feb 12, 2013 at Pine Shadows in Sylvester, GA.
Her funeral service will be held Friday 10:00AM at Crown Hill Mausoleum Chapel. Interment will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery. Mr. Ross Powell and Rev. Tom Pollock will be officiating.
Born Oct 31, 1910 in Doerun, GA, she was retired from Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital and was a member of Sherwood Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Samuel A. Fowler on November 10, 1986.
She is survived by her cousins Martha Kane, Helen Shaw and Janice Saunders; also had many devoted friends.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 4:00 to 6:00PM at Kimbrell-Stern.
