Kenneth Davis, 47, of Albany, died Wednesday, January 27, 2010 at his home following an illness.

His funeral service will be SATURDAY 2 PM at Kimbrell-Stern. Brother Charlie Quartimon, III will officiate.

Kenneth was born in Albany and had attended Albany Technical School. He had worked with patient services in the home health care field in Albany for many years. He had attended 2nd. Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Sasser. Kenneth was preceded in death by his father: Warren B. Davis, his brother: Warren B. Davis, Jr., his sister: Patty Davis-Williams.

He is survived by his wife: Lydia Jones Davis, Albany; 2 daughters: Carlotta Davis, Albany, Amber Davis, Albany; 2 sons: Kenneth Davis, Jr., Albany, Brandon Davis, Albany; mother: Carrie Mae Davis, Albany; 1 granddaughter: Aniyah Thomas, Albany; 3 sisters: Mary Ann Moore and her husband Robert L. Moore, Albany, Barbara Forde, Albany, Redinia Grissom, St. Louis, MO; 3 brothers: Charlie Jackson and his wife Linda, Albany, Curtis Tinsley, Albany, Eric Davis and his wife Stacey, Leesburg.
